certified in 1958 by the Manitoba Labour Board (# MLB-714). At that time we were affiliated with the <strong>National Union of Public Employees. <\/strong>In 1963 National Union of Public Employees and the National Union of Public Service Employees merged to form the Canadian Union of Public Employees. In 1993 Local 744 amended it\u2019s certificate (# MLB-4963) to reflect the name change, and changes to the School Division. CUPE Local 744 was born.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section Harassment means using real or perceived power to abuse, devalue or humiliate. Harassment should not be treated as a joke.
